In any case, his order was annulled by mutual agreement, all the documents were taken. A layout in print-ready form was not available, the concept was prepared in an old software issue. With the help of the signatory, this was then created by another software and put together by the two of us for final book-making, which is why the signer was also mentioned as a co-worker without a request as a friend in the second edition. Due to the finished layout, the book was ready for printing and was printed by another print company. The signatory received all the material, including the pictorial material.
Meanwhile, a friendship had developed between us both, enriched by mutual visits, as well as the introduction of Backhausens by the signatories in the Cologne Narren- dilde and the Great Council there. Likewise in the Old Catholic Church, whose history was interested in Backhausen and wanted to create another book about their development and development.

Backhausen, without consulting me after our friendship separation in the public after February 2008, also blamed me on his own homepage to have presented me as the "author of the book", which was neither intended nor agreed in the designated pre-agreement with Backhausen, since it was in the section of the publisher "BV "only about the history" Clouth "and related information, thus also on the book of the MJB publishing house and the author Manfred Backhausen.

As a result of my legal activities, more and more political failures in Cologne were observed around 2007 from the local Left-wing communistic party. When the political party "PRO NRW" was criticized every day by the local radio and the press in Cologne, it was the "NAZI" (National Socialists) party, where I attended several events and the usual Wednesday circle for information, whether the allegations in the medias were correct or not. Until then I was not interested in politics, but I was not willing to bind myself partisan. Decades ago, I had chosen the CDU (Konservatives) as the best of the worst solutions, although from a liberal point of view, which would actually locate me in the FDP (Liberals). This, by means of the left under-migration to the Social-Liberal Party (Baum, Hirsch, Leutheuser-Schnarrenberger and others) was not acceptable for me. But to that later on.
In any case, I was aware of the accusation that I was blamed to have me named the author of the book "Life in Nippes, working at Clouth" by an unexpected personal communication from a not well known gentleman, who pointed out this accusation of Backhausens and commented the person Backhausen , and that was not exactly positive , as can be seen as follows:

Die hebräische Schrift beherrscht er nur unzureichend und kann dort das Schluss-m vom Anfangs-M unterschieden (dafür gibt es im Hebräischen u.a. zwei verschiedene Buchstabenformen. Auch seine Rechtschreibung lässt, wie Sie sicher selber bemerkt haben dürften, zu wünschen übrig - bei einem angeblichen Autor und Verleger allerdings ein Unding!

Ich möchte hier keine schmutzige Wäsche waschen, aber durch diese Angaben die für mich pathologischen Züge des Herrn B. herausarbeiten, der nur sich selber, aber keine sonstige Prinzipien, kennt. At this time the association "Industriedenkmal Clouth e.V." was founded on the initiative of Backhausens, in which I was also run as a member and whose founding club logo came from me. On the basis of the political evaluation of Backhausen, which had always been made by my experience, he had to be classed be classed as a leftist, I did not want to surprise him as a friend, a member of the club, or a member of the family who concerned his book. Very disappointingly, he responded to socialist ideologues by denouncing friendship and personal ostracism, as already done so even in the communist GDR. At the same time, this does not hinder the use of the advantages that one has acquired through the ostracism in the course of the still existing work of the "open knives".Here it was the attained membership in the "Kölschen Narrengilde" and the Old Catholic Church, which still uses Backhausen intensively. In order to realize these political revolutions, socialist / Islamic fighters are neededand everythin must follow the teaching of Frankfurter Schule rules.
